About
Ever since I was diagnosed with ALS (also known as motor neurone disease (MND) or Lou Gehrig’s disease), I’ve been trying to prepare for what’s to come. I have looked at many AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) apps. In Dutch, AAC is called supporting communication (OC). There was no app that I was very satisfied with.
I’m a big fan of the iPhone and its user interface. Many user interfaces focused on uniformity across Apple and Samsung. In addition, the user interface is often aimed at children, the elderly or people who can no longer type or have difficulty typing.
I wanted something different and I wanted multilingual support. What should I do if I still want to communicate with foreigners?
I have made this app available for free through the Apple store. Unfortunately, that means that money has to be added immediately. If you think the app is worth it, contribute to it by donating. You will find a button for this in the app.
Have fun with the app!
